Since 2008, SOS Equilibre has, in collaboration with some women of the network, established a pan African platform to end violence, abuses and human rights violations following the outburst of conflicts
in the sub-region. This Platform contributed to support women from D.R.Congo, Mauritania, and the Southern region of Senegal (casamance). It contributes its field activities to combat violence against women and girls.
SOS Équilibre has been chairing the National Committee to end all forms of violence against women and girls since 1996.
- Contribute to psychosocial care for people in distress (drug-addicted youngsters, runnaways, victims of rape, domestic violence );
- Conduct mediaions;
- Provide councelling services.
